Ellen is very knowledgeable on Caribbean destinations and gave us lots of ideas for things to do. We told her some things we like and she researched cruises, all inclusive resorts, etc and sent us info on various destinations and options for the week we wanted to travel. She saved us hours of research and took the stress out of our vacation planning!

My 5 year old son is fascinated with trains. I called stay salty not knowing if they could help with trains. David is very knowledgeable about train travel from several companies. Had a wonderful 1st time cruising and flying. Ellen took care of everything from booking the cruise, the hotel and the flight there and back.. Even when I was getting antsy about something she was like hey don't worry I got you. We went on Royal Caribbean and the ship was Allure of the Seas our destination was the Bahamas. I think our next cruise though will be to maybe Alaska on Carnival just to try another cruise line out.

So helpful and wanted to ensure our trip was full of fun.

This agent goes above and beyond for her customers! I saw first hand while traveling with a group how she worked to make everything to go perfectly. Although she was on a cruise herself, she was checking her vacationers’ flights to make sure all her bookings had a seamless vacation. You don’t get that when booking on your own. When things go sides ways because of something booked on my own I would have to deal with it, but she does all that for her clients. Definitely using them again.
