Fettuccine Making in Rome
During this experience learn how to make Italian homemade pasta! Discover the secrets of the dough, from the flour to the cutting. In this class you will have the opportunity to create your own pasta with a local chef. He will guide you, from flour and egg to the cutting of your fettuccine. At the first of the workshop you will welcome with a glass of prosecco: this the time to meet the other partecipants of the class. After that, you will work your own dough. The chef will show you the various type of cut you could make with this recipe: tagliolini, pappardelle, fettuccine, and maltagliati or “badly cut.” You will cut your own fettuccine and then you will choose the sauce for your pasta, such as carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo, etc After that, you will seat and you will enjoy the appetizer, bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, sipping aglass of wine. Then, you will taste your hands-on creation for lunch or dinner in the heart of Rome. Conclude your meal with limoncello.
