Julie was amazing! We had a little one get sick on the trip and Julie had a care package of Gatorade and pedialyte delivered to the resort! She checked in with us multiple times a day and did so much to help us! She is the BEST!

Julie was amazing from the very beginning stages of planning our trip! She was very helpful and informative about everything! She answered all of my questions (being a Disney Newbie) and made sure we would have the best trip possible! Before we left for the trip she even sent my son, niece and nephew fun activities for the plane! While in Disney our stroller broke and Julie stepped up and helped us get a rental! Unfortunately, my son ended up getting sick in Disney… Julie texted to check in and even sent a care package to the hotel!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!! 1000% recommend!!

I originally reached out to Julie to book a trip to Universal, but after sharing a few options, she introduced me to a brand new cruise experience. It felt like the perfect change, especially since I had not been on a cruise in years and it would be my daughter’s first time.
