Our trip of a lifetime

My wife and I are celebrating our 35th anniversary, and with both of us retired, we looked to make this “our trip of a lifetime.” We decided to take a cruise and enjoy ourselves. We really didn’t know all the necessary details needed for the trip, all we wanted to do is enjoy it….That’s when we found Andrea ( we chose her because of the reviews she has) anyway, we explained what we wanted to do, after that, it was full steam ahead. Andrea, not only walked us through the process from getting our passports, but by the time we were ready for our trip, she had us staying at a hotel in London for a couple of nights and then cruise throughout Europe, after which we were able to stay in Rome for a couple of nights… she scheduled everything from the transfers to making the reservations at a restaurant in Rome for us…Andrea never left us with worry, I even texted her with a question and she answered from a plane! Of course, Andrea deserves all the accolades due to her for everything she did… But, to be honest, all this was great and we had a terrific time…. However, what really Impressed us greatly is how she reacted to our flight being delayed, I’m sure we are not the only ones who’s flight has been delayed..??….. however, what happened during the delay, is what sets her apart from all others…. Apparently, Andrea was on a flight flying into RDU at the same time our flight was being delayed, Andrea was keeping track of our flight and recognizing that it was delayed… she landed, went to our assigned departure gate, called us on the phone to find out exactly where we were and then….. came over to check on us to make sure we were okay!!! That’s what sets her apart from others… not only is she a professional, she is also personally vested in her clients….it mean’t so much to us! Thank you Andrea! I am sure when we travel again, you will be the one we call.

This is the 2nd time we've used Andrea to help us plan a trip and she always makes it so easy. This time we took our 10-year-old to Universal Studios for her birthday. It was a quick trip and Andrea helped me go through all of the options and choose the best itinerary for what my daughter wanted to do. She explained all the express pass options, dining, etc. and helped me stay on budget by helping me decide what things were really worth the splurge and what we could leave off. We also used her to plan our Disney trip a few years ago - I couldn't have done either trip without her!

She kept us informed every step of the way—what to pack, what to avoid, what we needed, and shared helpful tips that made boarding and enjoying our time on the ship completely seamless.
This was our first time working with a travel agent, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t do it any other way for a cruise or any major trip. Andrea did all the research and planning—my only job was to pay and get excited! Any time I had a question (no matter how silly it may have seemed), she was quick to respond and always had the answer.

I would definitely recommend Andrea for the Disney vacation planning! It’s a bit overwhelming to plan a vacation like this and Andrea’s experience and know-how of the parks was super helpful! She sent tips and recommendations leading up to the trip and reminders of when to book things. In addition, right before our trip she sent an itinerary and more tips, which I wasn’t expecting! 100% recommend!

Amazing girls’ trip to Puerto Rico

We had the best time!!! Andrea was very thorough and helpful! The place where we stayed was perfect for us - it was a 3 bedroom hotel/condo in the heart of Condado . We could walk to the beach and so many good restaurants and Old San Juan was a short uber drive away. We happened to be there during SanSe which is a huge (300,000+ people) festival and it was so fun to attend! We went earlier in the day before it got too crowded. Andrea gave us a lot of good suggestions, but we didn't end up doing any excursions. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach or by the pool, trying restaurants recommended by locals, and attending the SanSe festival. Andrea was amazing, and I will definitely use her for my next trip!

Amazing family wedding!

My husband and I needed to make arrangements to go to South Dakota for his daughter's wedding. I had no idea where to start. We needed a flight plan, hotel reservations, and a rental car. I immediately thought of Andrea. She responded very quickly every time I reached out to her for all of my needs. Andrea made the conversation about my needs very simple; I felt relief that she took charge right away. She worked with us with everything, and we were able, with her help, to make the simplest and most accommodating plans. We were nervous about our connecting flight; Andrea gave us directions for the airport, and it put my mind at ease. Andrea goes above and beyond. Andrea sent us information about the gate we were arriving at, where we were departing, and the direction to head in all before we even left the plane. The rental car was taken care of completely, and our hotel room was everything we asked for. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with everything.

Best first trip to Europe!

Andrea helped plan my first trip to Europe and out of the country with my boyfriend. We wanted to visit a bunch of places but wanted to be relieved of stress figuring out how to bounce between and she found us an amazing cruise that hit not only the stops I had mentioned but plenty more. The most magical Disney trip!!

Andrea was amazing to work with. We surprised our 3 girls with a trip to Disney World for Christmas. Since my husband and I hadn't been to Disney since we were little we had no idea where to start.
