Michelle was wonderful in helping us choose the best place for us to celebrate our 30th anniversary. She asked what we were looking for in a trip and how much we wanted to spend. She provided us with options of different venues and what each had to offer. We are so happy with the place we went. It was everything she said it would be. She also stayed on top of when deposit and final payments were due, which made it easier for us. We even had to reschedule the trip because of a personal crisis and she was so calming in helping us with that process, because we were worried we would lose our money. When we were ready to rebook, we reached out and she just made it all go so smooth. I would and will definitely continue to use Michelle in the future.

Celebrity is a grade above other basic cruise lines and food was good but not necessarily better. There was a greater variety of ethnic food choices but overall most cruise lines have decent food. Michelle was informative and supplied us with whatever we needed for an enjoyable vacation experience. She has been our travel agent for years.

Michelle is very attentive to our needs. We had a group of 5 couples all scheduling at different times, but she managed to group us all together for dining. We had a wonderful cruise with our two youngest grandchildren (ages 8 and 5). Michelle did a wonderful job with reservations and keeping us informed of what was needed for traveling with children. The cruise was great! It was good to get away from the cold weather for a few days.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries, water, soda, snacks, liquor and beer. Small enough to walk the whole resort with ease. Never felt crowed. Staff was helpful and never walk by without saying, “Hola”!

We were nervous when booking our first Caribbean cruise, but Michelle made the experience enjoyable. She gave us insight on what to expect.
