Alex put together a wonderful 10 day cruise for our party. He seemed to match our interests perfectly with the vacation itinerary and cruiseline. He made sure we were well prepared before boarding and kept in touch throughout the vacation checking in to see how things were going. He genuinely cared about our experience and we thought that he worked hard to provide great value.

Alex is incredibly helpful and Johnny-on-the-spot to respond and assist. We had a trip planned to Florida and Universal Studios that was ultimately interrupted by Hurricane Ian. We needed to pivot quickly and Alex came through with communicating with US and getting us a refund... before the emergency had been declared!
