I cannot say enough great things about Melissa. She is amazing at what she does. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful, prompt, and kind. She takes her time to get to know you and your likes/dislikes. She really went above and beyond for my group (even when multiple people cancelled last minute). I highly recommend her for your travel planning.

We have actually developed a cruse group of 6 couples, many of which had used Melissa for their previous cruises. We trusted her with our dream booking a cruse of the Hawaiian Islands. We wanted to have 16 family members together - the two of us, our 4 children and spouses, and 7 grandchildren. We were undecided as to whether we wanted a cruise or a resort vacation.
