What can I say about how great Melissa is to work with. We have now booked two Adventures by Disney trips through her and she is fantastic. Always easy to get a hold of, and easy to work with. She provides lots of options. Why would I call them myself and stay on hold for hours, I let Melissa do it! LOL!! When we were at the end of our recent ABD trip to Germany, our flights were canceled at the last minute, one call to Melissa for encouragement and Disney flight travel, and we were all set. Melissa Jiles made our Disney experience the most amazing and magical week! We were nervous and overwhelmed about all of the plans and schedules and she did everything to make our week seamless. We had the best time with our four kids (14,12,11,6) for our very first Disney World experience. I would recommend Melissa 10/10 times. Her attention to every detail and consideration for specific family needs blessed our family beyond measure! She is amazing at what she does!!!! Thank you!!!
