Kayla, made our trip great!!! We were scheduled our trip to Alaska cruise, never been on a cruise it was great, we were gone for 11 days and enjoyed it all. The excursion were exciting the food was really good. Whether it was a sit down meal, or a Buffet or fast food, it was always good!!! we would use Kayla again and will. Even though the airlines screwed up our flight with her help, we made it to the ship and they even found our luggage on time to get on the ship. Thanks again Kayla.
