Rachel planned a trip for my in-laws that was so good, even I had fun.

We traveled in a huge group, and Rachel made sure there were options for everyone. I have health conditions that can make traveling a bit difficult, but she helped create an itinerary that I could keep up with, along with restaurant recommendations that worked for me (I can’t have gluten). She was patient with me when I changed my mind about the itinerary a few times, and found us some great discounts, too. We had such a fun trip because of Rachel!!! Highly recommend!

We were looking for a romantic getaway to celebrate our anniversary and Rachel found the perfect option for us. She helped us find a great itinerary with beautiful ports, and made sure we'd have plenty of time to relax in between. We sailed the Eastern Caribbean, and it was so beautiful! I'm already looking forward to our next anniversary!

Rachel planned such an amazing itinerary for us in Tuscany with beautiful stops in little villages throughout the region, fantastic food and restaurant recommendations, and wonderful support through our whole trip. I have celiac, so I can't have gluten, and I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy Italian cuisine, but Rachel found the most amazing authentic Italian restaurants that had gluten free pasta and other delicious options that I could enjoy. We spent several days in Florence and went to the art museums and Duomo there. I am so grateful for Rachel's skilled planning because she made sure we skipped every line! We were really able to maximize our time spent enjoying Florence and had plenty of time to enjoy authentic gelato! She even helped us with our train tickets. She made everything so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend her and will always book my trips with her!

Rachel put together a fantastic experience for our family group and had so many thoughtful suggestions to make the trip a memorable experience for everyone. It was such a fantastic cruise with beautiful scenery, amazing wildlife, and truly unique experiences. Rachel made the experience extra special and gave us tips on the best ways to enjoy our time in port, from hikes to restaurants to activities the whole group could enjoy together. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful details, like sparkling wine waiting for us in the room when we boarded the ship and a special dinner for our group alone. I wanted to see Tuscany by bike, but I was overwhelmed with options when I started looking into how to make my dream trip a reality. Rachel was a lifesaver! She crafted a perfect itinerary for me and my small group, and had us staying in the most beautiful medieval villages and rustic farmstays with locals.
She also had great recommendations for restaurants along our cycling route, and was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to the allergies in our group (one of our riders is celiac/gluten free - she said she had the best gluten free pasta of her life!).
We got to see the real Tuscany, and it was one of the most memorable experiences! I will always recommend Rachel!

Delightful! Rachel really listened to our various ideas and travel quirks and put together a stunning itinerary that we could never have imagined. This was my second trip with Rachel and it was so wonderful. She created a wonderful itinerary with lots to see (without being overwhelming), easy transportation options, and excellent food recommendations! (I’m gluten free so eating while traveling is usually a huge pain in the ass, but not with Rachel!) It was so nice to have all of the logistics laid out in her handy app, and she even included a recommended packing list so I didn’t have to do any thinking in advance. Highly recommend!

Our family's Scandinavia trip (Denmark, Sweden and Norway) was excellent. The planes, trains, boats -- all fun. Moving around all the cities was easy. The hotels were comfortable and in spectacular locations. And the people were super-friendly everywhere we went.  Rachel's work set us up for success. I can't wait for the next trip she helps plan.

This was our second time having Rachel help us plan an international trip, and she was outstanding again. We were going to be in Italy for a wedding, but wanted to extend our trip. We didn't quite know where to best look, though, given where the wedding was (Lake Como), and Rachel helped us plan an incredible trip to nearby locations. Those locations ended up being Parma and Bologna, and given their rich food heritage, Rachel helped organize some outstanding food tours in each location that helped us experience a whole different side of things. She also highlighted several other must-see things in each location, and helped us seamlessly navigate around the area. Rachel's expertise and attention to detail is something we truly appreciate, and we look forward to planning our next trip with her.

My wife and I are so happy to have taken this trip. We almost backed out when we realized plan A wasn't going to work. Rachel encouraged us to consider plan B, and we're very grateful for her advice. As someone who's traveled the world with a backpack no itinerary, I had my doubts about taking a Viking cruise. My wife and I have never felt so pampered. At first, we had difficulty not carrying our own luggage. We got used to it pretty quicky, however, along with the turndown service, the delicious meals, the friendly staff, and the convenience of having our hotel and restaurant travel with us. Viking did a great job every step of the way from departure to return, and Rachel did a great job coordinating us with Viking and KLM (on which we're completely sold). It was the most relaxing and rejuvenating vacation we've ever had.
