Really enjoyed this MSC cruise. This was the second MSC cruise for my wife and I. Jennifer booked both of these for us and did a nice job of communicating with us from the start and the way through the end and even after we were back from our cruise. For example, she would remind us when payments were due as well as let us know about the group discounts she was able to get us. She made it so easy for us so all we had to do was focus on packing and having a good time. We also enjoyed how Jennifer secured for us a block of rooms next to each other for our large group. It made it convenient when meeting up for meals and starting the day, etc. She also knows the ships well and blocks off good rooms that are in quiet areas and where you don’t feel the ship really moving. This helped as my wife sometimes gets a little sea sick. My wife and I highly recommend using Jennifer as your travel agent so you can let her do the leg work while you focus on having fun!

Jennifer handled everything and we were showered with extras in our room and information that was imperative for this trip! Thanks to her experience we oarked and arrived in great time and very comfortable!

We went on a cruise and not being use to the requirement due to Covid, we needed help. She helped us to prepare and we was able to go on the cruise without delays or the possibility of being rejected from entry due to missing documentation. We also got direction on how to make the cruise more enjoyable.
