Hi, my name is Juana Roncali, pronounced "Yuana"
I am originally from Newfoundland, and I moved to Ontario 35 years ago.
I am currently residing in Oakville with my beautiful daughter and husband.
Being from Newfoundland I take pride in being personable and friendly.
I have 20 years of experience in customer service, and love meeting people and building new relationships.
It makes me happy knowing I'm helping people fulfill their dream vocations, whether it is with friends or family, a Romantic Honeymoon, an Adventurous group getaway or just a flight to visit your loved ones.
My travels have taken me to Newfoundland to visit my family quite frequently.
I have also travelled to Amsterdam and various places within North America.
One of my favorite places to visit is Florida, I have been going there since my twenties. One of my fondest memories is taking our daughter to see her favourite Disney characters.

She went above my expectations in helping me get the information I needed to know re Covid related matters in order to return to Canada, while in Italy. The most amazing vacation experience

It had been fifteen years since we last had a true vacation and Juana was amazing helping us from start to finish. I first spoke with her to make an appointment to come in a few days later. She asked me some questions about where we might want to go and later that day had sent six options. She replied promptly to all my emails and helped us make the best choice. She booked our trip and selected our seats as well. Juana kept us updated about next steps and then had a travel package prepared for us before we left. She checked in with us before we departed to see if we had any questions and then followed up on our return to ask about our vacation. I couldn’t have asked for better service or found a more caring individual. We will definitely call Juana for our next trip!

Great family vacation!

Juana booked us for an amazing family vacation. We stayed at Royalton Splash Punta Cana in a Diamond Club Luxury Family Room, which was spacious for a family of 5!
This resort has a great variety of pools, restaurants and bars. Highlights of this resort and it’s attached resort were the cafes, Beans and Scoops! We enjoyed Zen, Jade and Hunter restaurants. The theatre shows were entertaining!
We spent a fair amount of time on the Royalton side at the beach but used the waterpark on the Splash side daily as well.
