Family trip 2026

We had already booked a family cruise for 15 during our last cruise vacation. I quickly realized that I was struggling with the airfare, hotels, transports etc. I contacted Nancy and she responded very quickly to our needs. Seamlessly booked all the airfare with for the whole group, even though 2 were flying from a different local airport. She booked our pre-cruise overnight stay at an awesome hotel, complete with all our needs (breakfast & oversized rooms) and arranged A+ transfer service for our large group using a shuttle service. Using top notch services, everything went off without a glitch!!! Nancy was very responsive in emailing and was going over and above to fill my requirements.

Wonderful Italy!!

We wanted to travel independently and with Nancy's help, we were able to do so very well. She took the time to understand our goals for the trip as well as the things we wanted to avoid. Her attention to detail in navigating trains, ferries, buses, airplanes, etc. gave us the confidence to take our trip of a lifetime and enjoy it in a way that was tailored exactly for us!

Goes the extra mile

Nancy has been fantastic on all of the trips I’ve used her for, but the one that really stands out is my trip to Mexico. On the day I was scheduled to travel home, I was so sick that I couldn’t leave the resort. Nancy got on her computer at 6AM on a Saturday to change my flight and airport reservations for me, so I’d have one less thing to manage while fighting food poisoning. And then after I returned, she checked in regularly to see how the process was going with getting some money reimbursed by the trip-insurance company. Nancy’s a great travel agent, but what truly sets her apart is her dedication to her clients and the personal touch she takes with us!

50th Anniversary Cruise
