When I made a last minute flight change that resulted in my fastpass day being a day earlier, within minutes she had booked another night at my hotel and gotten my fastpasses secured. I'm now going on my first Disney Cruise and she has answered all my questions and kept me in the loop with the ever changing COVID rules regarding my trip.
