We have worked with Eric for over 20 years on many cruises throughout the Caribbean, Hawaii and Alaska. Most of these cruises were large groups. From start to finish, Eric professionally handled pricing, booking, applying pertinent discounts for cruise tier levels, airfare and group bus arrangements) to and from the cruise terminals. Eric efficiently handled room assignments according to one's preferred location, dinner seats/table assignments, and after dinner show reservations. If any difficulties arose or questions, Eric handled them to a successful conclusion. If the cruise was an individual one, Eric was only a phone call away and resolved whatever issue might arise. He offered cruises with good group discounts on beautiful cruise ships, often the largest ships to date. At the end of the cruise, he already has a cruise planned for the next year! Eric is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and look forward to many more years of working with him on cruising!
