I had a wonderful experience working with Mrs. Irene Balkissa from Prospect Travel Agency. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making my family's trip go smoothly. On very short notice, I contacted Mrs. Irene just two weeks before my vacation because I wanted to take my children to Florida for about a week on a limited budget. At first, airfare prices were much higher than I could afford. Her initial proposal included only a three-night stay, which I declined because I was hoping for a full week. What impressed me most was how she handled the challenge. She remained patient, stayed calm, explored different options, and kept me informed every step of the way. Instead of giving up, she found a much better itinerary with comfortable accommodations that fit both my travel needs and my budget. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable planning process. I truly appreciate Mrs. Irene's dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her clients. I would not hesitate to book with Prospect Travel Agency again, and I highly recommend Mrs. Irene Balkissa and Prospect Travel Agency to anyone looking for exceptional travel planning and outstanding customer service.

Location was great! The hotel was good. Thank you, Balkissa!

I wanted a ticket to travel and I called Balkissa and right away she found an affordable ticket and in matter of less than 2 hours I have purchased my ticket.

Working with Balkissa to plan our Hawaiian vacation was an experience to work with a real professional. She listened to all our wants, kept in our price range and suggested a few excursions we had not even thought of. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I would absolutely recommend Balkissa to family and friends for their travel planning. I know we will be contacting Balkissa for our next travel destination.
