Gail Ducharme is the BEST vacation manager that I have ever worked with! Gail has booked our family on all of our most memorable holiday travel vacations. We wanted a small, adults only resort to vacation at and we were hoping to fly out of London International Airport. Gail worked with us to find a resort that met our needs. She does a great job of explaining all of the small details so that there weren’t any surprises throughout our vacation. Everything was looked after before we left for Mexico, so all we had to do was enjoy our trip. The resort was amazing and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller adult's only location.

Gail is very easy to talk to. She is very profesional and efficient, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. She has assisted us on a number of trips and they have always been successful. The hotels that she selected were great and centrally located. Because we wanted to see a number of islands, her suggestion to take a cruise around four islands was excellent, even though we are not cruise fans. All in all another successful trip. Gail has been our travel agent for numerous years and has provided only excellent service! Gail always pays close attention to detail during the planning phases of our trips and offers suggestions that she thinks will make our overall experiences more enjoyable! She is always there to answer any questions or solve any issues (lost luggage) that may arise. She has planned itineraries to Tanzania and Madagascar for us to suit our needs and schedules and offered a lesser-known cruise company to us for a fantastic Croatian cruise.
