Group trips can be incredible, but coordinating everyone can quickly become the hardest part.

Different budgets, room types, arrival dates, deposits, deadlines and individual questions can turn one vacation into a full-time job for whoever volunteered to organize it.

That’s where I come in.

I work directly with the group organizer and travel suppliers to keep the trip organized from the planning stage through travel.

Instead of one person trying to answer everyone’s questions, track payments, understand supplier policies and keep up with deadlines, I help manage the travel side of the group and give everyone a clear place to go for help.

Groups Can Go Almost Anywhere 

A group trip does not have to mean a Caribbean resort or a European tour.

I can help plan group travel throughout the world, including cruises, river cruises, safaris, polar expeditions, guided tours, custom international itineraries, all-inclusive resorts and more.

That might mean an African safari, Antarctica expedition, Japan or Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Alaska, Europe, the South Pacific, or a cruise almost anywhere in the world.

The destination should fit the group, not the other way around.

Different types of groups need very different trips. 

A cruise can work well when travelers want to spend time together while still having the freedom to do their own thing. An all-inclusive resort can make meals and activities simple. A guided tour can take much of the logistical work out of a complex international trip. 

For groups looking for something more adventurous, I can also help compare expedition cruises, safaris, small-ship journeys and more specialized itineraries.

Even within the same group, travelers may want different cabins, room categories, activities, extensions or budgets. 

My goal is to create a strong framework for the group while still helping individual travelers make choices that work for them.
