Heidi went above and beyond to help us plan our family trip to Florida. She helped us compare prices to find the best deal, booked everything for us, and made sure I had all my paperwork in order before we left. Heidi was easy to work with and extremely helpful. If she didn't know an answer she found it for us. When another deal came up and I asked about it she had already looked into it for us. I will definitely be working with Heidi next time we plan a vacation.
