Thanks to Neely my husband and I had the trip of a lifetime. We tried to plan our own honeymoon but were overwhelmed at all the options, we didn't know where to start. Neely made the entire process so easy. I loved the custom proposal of six resort options. And she found some real gems. We ended up going slightly over our budget but figured hey it's our honeymoon and boy was it worth every penny. Once we made our selection Neely handled everything else, including coordinating the sea plane based on our flight times. Any questions we had about the resort Neely was quick to find out whether by asking from guests who had visited or by contacting the resort. The day we were to fly out we learned our flight had been cancelled. Neely was above and beyond helpful to work with the resort to shift our stay out a day (at no cost!) since we weren't able to arrive until the next day. That was a wildly stressful day and Neely was a true angel.

We are so thankful to have found Neely! My husband and I knew we wanted to travel somewhere, but didn't really have any direction as to where. Neely recommended the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and we're so glad she did. She took all of the guesswork out of the entire trip by booking everything for us, even down to our dinners. All we had to do was show up! Every recommendation she made was outstanding, from food to spa to rooftop pool. She checked in a couple times during our trip to make sure everything was going well and meeting our expectations. We were so pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be booking another trip with Neely's help, hopefully soon!
