Kristy Downey thank you so much for going above and beyond for our family. Downey Destinations was instrumental in seamlessly orchestrating an emergency return home. The booking process was fun and communication was flawless, but when our dream vacation became something unexpected while out of the country you stepped in no questions asked. Not only were we able to return home the same day, but two hours after our initial contact we were boarding a plane. We could not have done it without you. The resort was beautiful but the peace of mind of travel insurance and an experienced travel agent on our side was worth more than gold.

We’ve cruised with Carnival and many times with Royal Caribbean — but we will definitely be returning to this experience again.
