Valerie planned our first international trip, from planning to all the questions I had, she helped relief all my stress. I was very nervous about traveling and she was there for us every step of the way and answering any questions I had, no matter the time. When we ran into travel problems that caused us to be delayed a day getting to our resort, Val sprung into action by calling Sandals a few different times, arranging for us to extend our stay.
