Denise and team handled all aspects of booking and options well before we left. No one’s fault but…We hit bad weather on Majestic Princess FLL - Amber Cove, Grand Turks. Tour’s cancelled in DR. Not able to dock in Grand Turks. It was a floating forced relaxation. Weather to blame.

A great B2B cruise on Princess Royal, travelling the Mexican Riviera. My first visit to Mexico, but it won’t be my last. As a solo traveller I met some wonderful fellow travellers, dining in the Main Dining Room (MDR), on a shared table. A shared table is such a great way to meet people.

When my husband and I first started traveling longer trips (when we became empty nesters), we were referred to Denise and I dont think we've planned a trip by ourselves since then. She is truly professional and takes all the worry and concern out of travelling! From the time I reach out telling her "we are thinking of taking a trip to (any destination)" to the day we return back home with our happy memories, I know she has researched the best price, the best options of accommodations within our budget and all the details to make our trip run smoothly! We've rarely had any issues on our trips, but if it required reaching out to her, she has it resolved quickly. Knowing she has touched base regarding all aspects of our trips (insurance, required documents, etc) gives me peace of mind and lets me completely relax on vacation. I've been known to change my mind a few times during the process and she is so kind and caring as she rearranges things. I can't imagine planning a trip, (for a week or a month) without her!! I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Denise booked our cruise from Singapore to Australia quickly and was very responsive when changes or clarifications were necessary. She discovered we could get a lower fare and cancelled and rebooked our trip to take advantage.

The planning, suggestions, and communication from Denise's end were great. Overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel in Waikiki was beautiful, but we ended up in the room directly behind the elevator, so we heard it moving all night long. They did have an amazing buffet, and we appreciate having that included. The cruise was very nice. However, in some ports, we had a long walk to the beach or town through an industrial district. That was disappointing, but no one is at fault for that. We enjoyed the shore excursions and were delighted to see more of the islands beyond the area close to the port.
