Your Friend in the Travel Business

Denise took all of the stress out of travel planning and made it so that all we had to do was show up and have fun! I would and have been recommending her over and over!!!

From the first touch point until the last, Denise and team were absolutely positively the best. Always quick to respond, always having an answer and options too! Great expert advise. Denise and team make you feel like you are their top priority. I will never not use her knowledgeable services.

Denise was most helpful, prompt and insightful during our planing and booking

Denise was awesome to work with and helped us tremendously when planning our Alaska trip. Very patient with us as we learned how to work with a trip planner for the first time.

Our travel agent, Denise Cromer, is so knowledgeable, experienced, and most of all, proficient. She has excellent communication skills and explains, in detail, all the nuances of all the cruises we have taken over the years using her services. She is willing to do whatever it takes to make our cruise journeys a pleasurable experience. All our friends whom we have recommended her to were impressed with her services, which seem to come naturally to her. She is responsible for numerous customers but always was available to quickly satisfy whatever our needs happen to be. I have no doubt Denise has many letters of recommendations and I wish to add our voice to the list. Beatrice Doyle James Alan Paterson

Denise helped us book a wonderful cruise vacation, and we had a fantastic time. She was always pleasant to deal with, quick to respond when we had questions, and made the planning process easy. We appreciated her help with the details and her recommendations along the way. Everything came together smoothly, and the trip created some great memories for us. We look forward to working with Denise again on future travel plans.

Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic customised trip. Denise definitely went above and beyond. She perfectly organized our complex itinerary to include all the excursions, flights and lodging we wanted. Our excursion guides were very knowledgeable. We had great seats (top deck and front left) on the day cruise in Prince William Sound where we saw seals, whales, mt goats, many birds, and glacier ice calving. Also, driving our jeep behind the lead jeep half the time on the back country jeep excursion gave us a chance to see wildlife up close such as caribou, porcupine and eagles. Denise was spot on in arranging the small groups for our excursions. It was very personal, and peaceful. We got to enjoy the solitude of Alaska. Thank you Denise for making our trip so smooth, stress-free and unforgetable. We will definitly contact Denise for our next getaway!

Our group of eight worked with Denise to plan our 2 week European trip. This being a new vacation experience for us, we valued her expertise. She used her resources to reserve airfare, hotels, private transfers, train tickets and tours to go along with reserving the 1 week Viking Rhine River cruise. I appreciated her quick responses to my emails answering my many questions. With her help, it was a memorable trip of a lifetime.

I had a lovely 7 day trip! Everything was set up perfectly, thanks to Denise!!! Great service and attention to details.

Denise is always a pleasure to work with. She is professional, friendly and always on the ball when finding great trips.

Denise helped me get a really great package for a special Windstar cruise on their new ship. Her diligence and prompt replies were so appreciated. When there were some glitches in the offer by Windstar she advocated on my behalf. I've worked with Denise for over 8 years and she is always very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She knows my preferences and helps me find great offers.

Great

Had the greatest time !

Denise has been handling my cruise planning for many years. As always very positive and anticipating customers needs. All jobs well done.

Love working with Denise and Dori! They always have that attention to detail that’s so important when traveling. Thank you ladies

Denise and team handled all aspects of booking and options well before we left. No one’s fault but…We hit bad weather on Majestic Princess FLL - Amber Cove, Grand Turks. Tour’s cancelled in DR. Not able to dock in Grand Turks. It was a floating forced relaxation. Weather to blame.

A great B2B cruise on Princess Royal, travelling the Mexican Riviera. My first visit to Mexico, but it won’t be my last. As a solo traveller I met some wonderful fellow travellers, dining in the Main Dining Room (MDR), on a shared table. A shared table is such a great way to meet people.

When my husband and I first started traveling longer trips (when we became empty nesters), we were referred to Denise and I dont think we've planned a trip by ourselves since then. She is truly professional and takes all the worry and concern out of travelling! From the time I reach out telling her "we are thinking of taking a trip to (any destination)" to the day we return back home with our happy memories, I know she has researched the best price, the best options of accommodations within our budget and all the details to make our trip run smoothly! We've rarely had any issues on our trips, but if it required reaching out to her, she has it resolved quickly. Knowing she has touched base regarding all aspects of our trips (insurance, required documents, etc) gives me peace of mind and lets me completely relax on vacation. I've been known to change my mind a few times during the process and she is so kind and caring as she rearranges things. I can't imagine planning a trip, (for a week or a month) without her!! I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Thanks again to Denise! I had a wonderful cruise! I have been with Denise for about 15 years and she always does a great job with researching and getting me exactly what I am looking for, whether it's a room choice or explaining the insurance. She is very knowledgeable.. She really listens to what your needs are and pays attention to the details. Thank you Denise for the many beautiful years of memories with our kids!!!

It was a new cruise line for us and Denise made it seamless and it was very nice. We will book with her again.

Denise is the best! She handled all the details and made sure there were no loose ends! I'm so grateful for her expertise and I will certainly use her services in the future!

Denise is a professional travel advisor and very positive to work with her customers from day one that I know her. She works 7 days a week to take care of our travel needs. She is a trusted friend for travel needs. I have introduced a few friends to her and they always happy with her services

Denise is always great to work with. She has planned several trips for us over the year and have referred her to many coworkers.

Denise always gets us the best prices & I highly recommend her as a travel agent. ??

We worked with Denise Cromer of Destinations by Denise for a recent cruise involving a large group of close friends and family, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Denise, along with Dori, helped us identify the right cruise and expertly coordinated the many logistics that come with organizing a group of this size. There were numerous email exchanges throughout the planning process, and both Denise and Dori were consistently responsive, organized, and attentive to every detail. They kept everything on track, answered questions thoroughly, and provided thoughtful guidance that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge, professionalism, and support were invaluable, and the trip truly could not have been as successful without them. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend Destinations by Denise to anyone planning a cruise or group travel experience.

Denise has been super helpful in finding the right booking for us, acquiring a great cabin with balcony on our cruise at an amazing price. She has been very responsive to all our requests and provided help and guidance that significantly contributed to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you, Denise

Beautiful ship, excellent service, everything on board was really special. The ship was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the crew was exceptional.

Denise and her team are wonderful we use them for all of our cruises. She goes above and beyond to make our trip a success. She is kind and punctual and patient. I highly recommend her to book your travel needs!!

Denise provided my family and I exceptional assistance and support that exceeded expectations. The booking of this trip was such a smooth process and saved us money as she was able to get us the best possible rate. The was our first Christmas and was wonderful as we had all of our family together to enjoy this amazing experience. We look forward to booking our next cruise with Denise and Interliner.

Denise booked our cruise from Singapore to Australia quickly and was very responsive when changes or clarifications were necessary. She discovered we could get a lower fare and cancelled and rebooked our trip to take advantage.

We had a very nice time and didnt worry about a thing. Denise had us all signed up and everthing went very smooth.

Denise is always VERY prompt in answering my requests. She booked this cruise on short notice. Her response time is usually within the day if not within a few hours. She will go the extra mile to book for you.

Denise and her crew helped us plan the trip with ease.

The planning, suggestions, and communication from Denise's end were great. Overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel in Waikiki was beautiful, but we ended up in the room directly behind the elevator, so we heard it moving all night long. They did have an amazing buffet, and we appreciate having that included. The cruise was very nice. However, in some ports, we had a long walk to the beach or town through an industrial district. That was disappointing, but no one is at fault for that. We enjoyed the shore excursions and were delighted to see more of the islands beyond the area close to the port. Thanks for your guidance and assistance!

Denise was very supportive and understanding of our wants and needs. She was able to tailor for us the best deals for our cruise and hotel stay. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall Denise did a superb job in a very kind and gracious way. I highly recommend Denise for your traveling needs.

Densie is super friendly and takes time to answer all questions. She explains everything so there are no surprises in our travels.

Thank you for finding us a good deal and helping me feel organized for my first cruise! We had a great time!

Always answers questions and concerns promptly.

Denise was very easy to work with, very responsive, and got us a great deal on a Caribbean cruise!

Oh my! This was our best trip ever, from Denise and Dori preparing our trip to the moment we left the ship, absolutely outstanding. The celebrity edge team was nothing short of amazing and we will absolutely be back.

She took care of all the details during a stressful time and it all came together for a wonderful memory celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family.

It was such a wonderful trip – some highlights: • Overall experience with Viking – friendly, attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, clean, modern – just top notch in general. We LOVED the crew, especially in the dining room! • The benefits of a river cruise are true – unpacking only once, from active to relaxing-you get to choose your level of what you want to do, waking up to a water view. We literally felt the stress of life melting away. • I feel like we left with a small but informative knowledge of each of the cities/villages/areas we visited. The guides and excursions were enjoyable. Got to see the natural and man-made beauty of a new (to us) part of the world. • We made a point to sit with different people at meals and met so many interesting and fun folks! By the end of the trip, I think pretty much everyone on the boat knew who my husband was (he wouldn’t have it any other way). I am grateful to you, Denise, and Dori, for holding my hand throughout the whole process. We couldn’
