A well needed and well timed holiday

We had a European trip last year and were not happy with our travel agent at all. So when we wanted to plan a holiday this spring we started looking around for a new travel agent and came upon Pernell by chance. She was wonderful! We told her what we wanted and within an hour of talking with her over the phone she had emailed us an assortment of hotels and resorts to look at. We reviewed everything and went to see her the next day with a decision and she had us booked into the hotel and booked flights and chose seats for our flights within two days. We were very happy and impressed. We will definitely use Pernell for any trips in the future.

It was nice to relax and not worry about the airline going on strike.
Pernille would take care of everything and email us with direction if we were to go a different airline.
She always answers any questions in such a reasonable time.
Not sure exactly of the time, but It is at least 10 years, if not more.....that Pernille has been my travel agent.
Sometimes organizing up to 3 trips a year.

Hard trip treated with care and respect

During our recent journey, we encountered a few moments that felt like we were facing calamity. However, thanks to Pernille, our travel agent, those challenges turned into unforgettable experiences. We were heartbroken when we missed our connecting flight by just nine minutes due to severe weather conditions. Despite the late hour, Pernille responded to my messages at 1 AM and went above and beyond to assist us with finding accommodation and securing discounts for our entire family. She also guided us through the process of booking a different flight.
