It was nice to relax and not worry about the airline going on strike. Pernille would take care of everything and email us with direction if we were to go a different airline. Despite the late hour, Pernille responded to my messages at 1 AM and went above and beyond to assist us with finding accommodation and securing discounts for our entire family. She also guided us through the process of booking a different flight.
