Amazing honeymoon!

Stress free honeymoon!

The Jacksons take on playa del Carmen

This is my first time using a travel agent for travel. I found Bridget via Facebook and am glad I did. She was open, honest and accommodating through the entire process. I appreciated her expertise, especially after our original plans had us headed to Jamaica. We were heartbroken that the hurricane hit when it did but were able to quickly pivot and had an amazing trip to playa del Carmen Mexico. One of our biggest needs for our family was a two-bedroom and that was met with a two-bedroom two-bath plus a full kitchen at The Fives Resort. It was perfect!

Jamaica Baby!

Bridget was super helpful from day one, although we have been to Jamaica several times, she still had great knowledge we needed. International travel can be scary but with the right agent you will have all the tools you will need for a successful and fantastic trip. After the hurricane hit Jamaica, our original hotel (Secrets) closed for the duration of our already booked trip. I was in a panic, but today I am still thankful I was using a travel agent to make the switch for us. She searched high and low to provide new quotes, locations, and accommodate us with not only a comparable hotel but also still in Montego Bay (so no flight changes). Bridget also hooked us up with a transfer company whom she has used in the past and they were amazing as well. You will not regret using Bridget, hit her up for all the things for your trip - and visit JAMAICA - Ya Mon!

Worry free Winter Break

I reached out to Bridget not having the slightest clue on where I wanted to go. Bridget was more than helpful and very patient with me, giving me plenty of quotes for different resorts she thought may match what I was looking for. Booking our trip was a breeze through Bridget. A couple months after booking the trip my oldest son decided to join the military after he finishes his senior year of high school. I began to panic because our trip was to occur while he would now be at basic training, this trip was a reward for him for graduating. We literally had a 2 week window (between the last day of school for our younger son and our older one leaving) to make this trip happen. What can I say about Mrs. Bridget? She is the calm before, during and after your vacation. Whether it's arriving a day later than expected, she will notify the resort and reschedule for you. My happy place

We booked with Bridget Thompson, May of 2023. When we got to the airport our flight had been canceled. We booked the flight ourselves separately . Bridget didn't have to help us but she did. She called ahead and let Mobay Club and the resort know we wouldn't be arriving until the following day. After the night we had in Lauderdale, we wanted a nonstressful experience at the resort and got just that. An experience of a lifetime. We booked again for Thanksgiving but that didn't happen due to my husband being involved in an accident. She canceled everything for us without any problem. She answers emails as quickly as possible and has experience with these resorts because she has actually been and knows the ins and outs. When we do decide to book again it will be with Bridget Thompson.

Working with Bridget was so fantastic!! She helped us easily make our plan for the best honeymoon we could dream of! She was extremely responsive and helped us feel comfortable by answering all our questions. This being the first major vacation we have ever planned, I surely thought there would be hiccups. great trip to mexico

Bridget was great to work with we had to move our appt out bc my son had a horrible accident she worked hard to get resort and flight changed and tried to keep me from being charged crazy fees for pushing out a month. she even sent us a great vacation package from amazon. ill definitely be using her again.

First trip to Jamaica

It was super easy working with Bridget. She was quick to answer all my questions, even at 5:30 in the morning. We had never traveled to Jamaica before but with her experience she gave us may recommendations for places to stay and excursions to do. I had never worked with a travel agent before and didn't know to expect. It was comforting to know someone was always on my side and able to correct anything that might have come up, and better yet at no additional cost. I will be using her to book all my vacations from now on!

Much needed family getaway!

Bridget found us a great deal for our family getaway to Punta Cana. She was accommodating, and always quick to respond to our questions. Before finalizing our trip she took the time to jump on a call with my husband to formally introduce herself and review all of the final details of our trip and what to expect. Bridget is amazing! I previously worked with 2 travel agents that didn't communicate or listen to what we wanted to/see. I explained my situation to Bridget and she IMMEDIATELY turned the tables around. The only thing I told her was I wanted a honeymoon to Mexico or Jamaica with a private pool on the balcony. She gave me more in 2 days that what previous travel agents had given me in months. She communicates everything, every step of the way. No matter when you have questions, she answers them. You can tell she takes pride in her work!
