Three Time's a Charm

We've always wanted to travel to Disney World just to visit the various resorts and restaurants. Karen found us the best resort to stay in and was able to secure reservations at the restaurants we wanted to experience.
She even gave us detailed instructions to maneuver the various transportation options and connections so we could see everything and make our reservation times. But Karen went above and beyond to help us when we had to cancel our trip 2 times, once due to sickness and once due to our flight canceling. Both times, she immediately was on the phone with Disney, transferring our reservations. The day of our flight cancellation, she was in constant contact with us, monitoring our flight information. We never felt alone or helpless. Karen is very conscientious. You can count on her to work out the details of your trip and is very available to assist in any way when unforeseen things pop up, as in our case. I recommend her services highly.

Karen is the absolute best travel agent out there. She knows the ins and outs of everything Disney related, as well as any other type of travel. We have been working with Karen for around 2 years and the experience has been wonderful. Working with Karen to plan me and my husbands honeymoon was essential !!! We don’t know what we would have done without her help. Not only did she help us book and find our honeymoon location within our budget and what we were looking for, she also continued to help us when things didn’t go the way we planned. Due to unfortunate events , my husband and I had to reschedule our trip. Karen was Very quick to respond to our questions, and gave us all of the details we needed. She booked us in a perfect area for our family that allowed easy access to everything we wanted to do on the ship. Plus she booked us in a great location considering our child gets car sick and we were very worried about sea sickness. It worked perfect, she didn’t get sick at all!

Sea World Success!!!

Amazing 10 Year Anniversary Cruise

Karen was absolutely outstanding, start to finish! After hours, weekends, after hours on the weekends she was always available to answer our stupid questions and we never had to worry about follow up!! We would definitely recommend and we will be using her again for all of our travel plans!!

Surprise Birthday Trip

Karen helped us plan a surprise birthday trip for our 4 and 2 year old and was fantastic from start to finish! She had a mountain of tips and insight on everything from resorts/rooms and tickets to activities and reservations. She even helped us snag a hard-to-come-by dinner reservation at space 220! Our kids (and us too) had such a wonderful time on our trip and made memories to truly last a lifetime. It’s so nice to have expert Disney guidance when booking such a trip and we will be booking through Karen again in the future.
10/10 recommend her services!!!
