Tamara has been greatly helpful to provide the information I needed/requested on the tours and cruises I chose. She further helped me to secure bookings and other related steps.

I have always thought the advantage and strength of a travel agent is not only ease in booking a trip, but help when something out of the ordinary happens or when the booking does not go exactly as planned. There have been a few occasions when this has been the case and Tamara has been very helpful in these resolutions. She has always tried to give us every discount possible.
