Heather was phenomenal from start to finish. She booked our sandals honeymoon trip and gave me all the tips and pointers needed for our first time traveling internationally. She made the process seamless. We encountered issues with our flight and were refunded which was a troublesome process and she never stopped contacting the necessary parties to get it resolved and stayed in consistent contact with me until we got it handled. I would’ve been lost without her help! We will be using her every trip forward.
