We booked a 16 day Hawaii/Alaska cruise on Norwegian Sun through Amanda. We added 2 pre cruise days in Honolulu to our trip. Amanda had suggested the idea because of the time change and uncertainty of air travel. It was a great suggestion. She helped us pick a hotel on Waikiki beach - Outrigger Beach Resort on Waikiki. It included free breakfast at Duke’s, free pink line trolley ticket and a private beach. The resort was beautiful, clean, and friendly. Air lines were done through Norwegian cruise lines. My husband and I just returned from a fabulous trip to Jamaica. Amanda Buurma Smith took care of every single detail. We literally had nothing to worry about other than how many swimsuits to bring. We stayed in Montego Bay at the Iberostar Rose Hall Waves all inclusive resort. It was absolutely incredible. When we touched down, we were transported in style to the resort. The hotel is gorgeous, the room was ocean view with a mini bar and coffee maker.. and robes! Our flight to Casablanca was cancelled due to the blizzard that hit the North East a few weeks ago. We were meeting up with the start of a tour, so being delayed meant we would miss the start. I contacted, Amanda Smith, in the summer of 2025 about a friends' all-inclusive trip for February 2026. I knew what resort we wanted and the dates. We enjoyed our 1st cruise experience so much, we are now booking our 2nd and 3rd cruises for 2025 as I type. I could not possibly recommend a finer agent.

My sister had worked with Amanda on a prior vacation that she had taken. We were planning a trip to Italy for our parents and she and I. We asked Amanda to help us with the hotel portion of our stay. Amanda worked with us to get us the right fit for our budget. She then gave us tips and pointers for trains, excursions, and Travel Insurance. Amanda was very quick to respond to any question we sent and would even organize a group call if it would be easier to speak about things over the phone. She was very easy to work with. It was really nice to know that she was there if we ran into any issues while traveling abroad.

Took our first vacation last week to Universal studios. Finally got to go "home" and let my inner child run free. I've never set up a vacation or even flown. Amanda Buurma Smith came to my rescue and helped me every step of the way. It was such a stress reliever to let her know what I was looking for in a vacation and she was able to make it happen quick. I for sure consider her a friend even though we've never met. She was patient with me and had just as much excitement for me, as I did for myself. Our trip to Disney was definitely a learning experience and Amanda was there every step of the way to guide and support us. We just got back from our honeymoon a TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana! It was absolutely amazing! But what was more amazing, was the attention we received from Amanda Smith! The resort was above and beyond our expectations and Amanda hit the nail on the head with everything we asked for! Working with Amanda was a pleasure. She was so helpful in suggesting places to visit, things to do, and where to stay. Her suggestion to stay at Eden Roc was perfect. This place is stunning!! We didn’t want a lot of planned activities so from the Options provided we chose a private 8 hour tour of the Almalfi coast. The driver & guide were lovely. We saw and learned so much! We also did a limoncello tour which I would highly recommend. We met some great couples and the chef was incredible. From start to finish Amanda was always available to us. If I e mailed, I received an answer within an hour. I had her cell number on our trip in case of any issues that might arise. I know this is lengthy, but I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda and her professionalism.
