I booked a trip with Dez and I had a great experience. When I couldn’t find my transportation she was available at 3am to help. As a solo traveler( most times) this was a blessing.

Customer service was A1. ???? So the resort was amazing, beautiful, bright, vibrant colors is what drew me to it. They called me by name everyday and made sure I had what I needed to make my bday special. Very chill & laid back. Not a loud party resort. Rum punch was never ending!! Food was delicious from the basic burgers to my bday steak! They even played the piano happy birthday and sang to me at dinner. Yup tears!! ?? Dez does her thing every single time!!!

First vacation

My husband and I decided to take a Virgin Voyages cruise and we greatly appreciated having Deserea as our travel agent. Deserea was very helpful and scheduled everything for us including flights and hotels. Although she had never utilized our cruise line, she helped us pick activities that would fit our interests and she helped us pack our bags for the occasion since it was our first cruise ever and we usually don’t like to leave home. Deserea checked in with us every day of our trip and made sure we made it on and off the plane and back to the ship after excursions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would book with her again.

A Magical Week in Bali I’ll Never Forget!

Our first group trip to Bali was truly unforgettable! We visited the Gates of Heaven, played and bathed with elephants, did a beautiful photoshoot with them, and even had dinner in an underwater aquarium restaurant—like, seriously?! Every day was something magical. We watched the sunset on a black sand beach, ate so much delicious food, and just fully enjoyed ourselves. The trip was so well-planned, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Even though I stayed for 7 days, it felt way too short. That’s how much I loved everything Dez put together. I’m already thinking about going back—and next time, I’m staying longer

Dez is truly the definition of Ms. Make It Happen! There is no desire too big for her to accomplish. Jamaican Excursions

Deserea planned excursions in Jamaica for my group of three. Our package included horseback riding, river rafting, climbing Dunn’s waterfall, boat party, and zip lining. We had the same driver from when we landed until our return flight home. The price was reasonable and we had an amazing time. Can’t wait to book again.

Dream Wedding

This was a great trip and I could not have done this without you. We had a group of guests who went with us to Montego Bay and we were booked to stay at the RIU. It started off a little rocky as we could not get registered into the hotel but Deserea was able to get the issue worked out with the hotel. I felt that she handled everything with care and was concerned about all things related to my wedding being great. Thanks again for your time and care with me and my family.

Deserea was Amazing as our agent! From start to finish, breaking down payment arrangements to keeping us informed through emails, she was a very responsive agent! Girls Trip 2023
