Amazing birthday trip!

April Menendez Booked my trip to Dominican Republic and she was AMAZING! The first trip I ever had that was stress free!! Everything I told her I was looking for she made sure she found it and booked it . I can’t stress enough how thankful I was to have her. She wrote out my itinerary for the whole trip so I didn’t have to worry about anything. She made sure I had transportation to and from everywhere I was going . And she also had a beautiful cupcake and card waiting for me in my room for my birthday . I will definitely be using her from this point on out to book all my family vacations. Can’t say enough good things about April and what she offers. I have booked our universal trips in the past and kind winged it, every time we went I would notice things I didn’t think about that we would end up missing out on. April scheduled every part of our trip down to where we ate dinner. We really had the best time ever because we didn’t worry about figuring out what to do because it was already done for us. Her communication was amazing, she always responds with in about 15 minutes and if she didn’t have the answer she would get it quickly. All of our Universal trips will only be scheduled with April going forward.
