We had the best, most stress-free, amazing trip because of the professional advice, detailed planning and attentiveness of our travel expert, Ashley! She broke everything down for us, answered all of our questions and was so patient with our needs and plans changing. She was available throughout the whole process from first inquiry to the last day of our trip! She is organized and knows all there is to know about travel, especially with kiddos!! I couldn't have done this trip without her!

Planning our quick getaway for our anniversary trip was a breeze with Ashley! We gave her a very short notice and she started pulling plans together immediately. She was able to get us a deal on a room at Loews Sapphire Falls that wasn't even showing on their website and gave us the perfect 1-day itinerary at Universal Studios with great insider info. She booked our dinner reservations for each night we were there, so one less thing for us to worry about, and even made sure they knew it was our anniversary (the surprise dessert at Strong Water Tavern was delicious!). Ashley was incredibly quick to respond, changed it up when we needed, and gave us information about the hotel and Universal that we wouldn't have found elsewhere. We couldn't recommend Ashley enough! We will definitely be using her again for future travels!

Ashley, was BEYOND a pleasure to work with. We had a large group of 16, with varying age ranges and wants. She talked through every step, every change and every little detail with us! I have been to Disney world multiple times, this was my first time using an agent and there is no way I will ever go back! I am so thankful for her help with all of our reservations especially! When you have such a large family restaurant reservations are VERY hard to try and navigate. Ashley knew exactly what we needed to do and how to get it done and she did it all! We only had one day and night to spend at Universal, but she mapped out a plan that allowed us to do every ride we wanted and several we did multiple times within one day in August due to her suggestion we stay at the Royal Pacific which includes the unlimited Express Pass and we got an upgrade to the Club Floor at the hotel. Her suggestion of Antojitos for dinner was excellent and she secured reservations for us so we didn’t have to wait. Ashley was available to answer all our questions and provided both digital and hard copies of our travel itinerary which was great for my map loving husband. I look forward to planning more trips with Ashley.

Ashley helped us plan our honeymoon and did all of the work for us - as we were planning our wedding and also renovating our new home, Ashley made sure all of the fine details were taken care of so that we didn't have to. She also checked in frequently, even with the trip being several months away. She even let us know about excursions available on our vacation and she set them up for us. She put all of our information, including flights, resort info, and excursion info into an app that made it organized and easily accessible. My family recently went on an amazing Disney vacation planed by Ashley. We spent a day at Magic Kingdom and then went on a four day cruise to the Bahamas. Ashley is a life saver. She's been so helpful and amazing through planning my vacations. She is very tentative and that is very hard to find in people these days. Without her I would've been struggling trying to plan my vacations. On my most recent vacation, Ashley helped me get through a panic attack while I was at the airport trying to get home. We just finished a wonderful Disney vacation with our grandkids with a 4-night cruise on the Disney Wish. When we decided to give a trip to our 5 grandkids and their parents, we thought about the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc., but Ashley, our travel agent, suggested a Disney cruise with Disney characters, attractions, and movies. This was a great decision and she was on top of every arrangement. Ashley's knowledge of the cruise offerings was extensive, but most importantly, she helped us navigate through the itinerary, planning, travel, payment, and the Disney app. We were very prepared for the trip which gave us the luxury of devoting our time to adoring our grandkids, not worrying about schedules or logistics. We were very pleased with the spaciousness of the staterooms and verandas as well. The waiters and hotel staff were friendly and always there when we needed anything. We look forward to working with Ashley to plan our next adventure!

Ashley helped us plan 8 days in Disney and Universal. Very easy with very good insights and guidance. Guardians of the Galaxy at Epcot was hard to get, but she made it happen! We will definitely use her help for our next trip.
