We had the best, most stress-free, amazing trip because of the professional advice, detailed planning and attentiveness of our travel expert, Ashley! She broke everything down for us, answered all of our questions and was so patient with our needs and plans changing. She was available throughout the whole process from first inquiry to the last day of our trip! She is organized and knows all there is to know about travel, especially with kiddos!! I couldn't have done this trip without her!

I’m honestly so grateful to have had Ashley be our travel agent. This was going to be our kids’ very first time going to Disney and I was so overwhelmed trying to book everything myself. Ashley made everything so simple. She worked with myself and my family members to make sure we received what we wanted. She hung in there for us when we would get scared that our bookings may have disappeared in the system (they didn’t) and even handled my challenging family members (some didn’t believe in doing anything in their own online - wanted to call for everything). Ashely was incredible planning our Disney trip for our son’s 2nd Birthday! She booked us at Boardwalk Villas which was perfect for getting to the parks. She some how got us breakfast reservations at Chef Mickeys which was awesome! We would definitely use her again!

Ashley knows what she's talking about! She helped my husband and I with our Disney honeymoon last October, and she was such a joy to work with then, we reached out to her again to help us plan our one-year anniversary trip to Asheville, NC. Turns out it's another specialty location for Ashley! She had great recommendations for place to eat (Capella on 9 and Sunset Terrace) we some of our favorites, places to hike (Looking Glass Falls in the Pisgah National Forest) and she also helped us set up some amazing excursions such as horseback riding, a ghost tour and exploring the Biltmore. We also had some confusion on our rental car (our fault) and she got to the bottom of it for us and worked with the service to help us get the answers we needed. I definitely recommend working with Ashley on your next vacation! :)

I enjoyed working with Ashley on our Disney trip. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. She was available to help set up My Disney Experience website, she helped with reservations to character dinners. Space 220 Experience, etc and had the best advice on hotels, best ways to navigate the parks and more. She sent out really helpful newsletters on different Disney topics each month before the trip.

Ashley was referred by a good friend to help me plan an Alaskan cruise with my children and their families. This was our first trip planning with Ashley; however, I just had a gut feeling she would do a fabulous job planning our special celebration. From the beginning Ashley was very flexible and did her research to look into our specific requests. She provided us with several options for islands to stay at near Rio, options for hotels in Rio, transfers and excursions, all with full details of each option! Planning our quick getaway for our anniversary trip was a breeze with Ashley! We gave her a very short notice and she started pulling plans together immediately. My husband and I wanted a quick and fun getaway for our anniversary trip; it was also our first trip leaving our 6 month old baby behind! She was able to get us a deal on a room at Loews Sapphire Falls that wasn't even showing on their website and gave us the perfect 1-day itinerary at Universal Studios with great insider info. She booked our dinner reservations for each night we were there, so one less thing for us to worry about, and even made sure they knew it was our anniversary (the surprise dessert at Strong Water Tavern was delicious!). Ashley was incredibly quick to respond, changed it up when we needed, and gave us information about the hotel and Universal that we wouldn't have found elsewhere. We couldn't recommend Ashley enough! We will definitely be using her again for future travels!

Ashley, was BEYOND a pleasure to work with. We had a large group of 16, with varying age ranges and wants. She talked through every step, every change and every little detail with us! I have been to Disney world multiple times, this was my first time using an agent and there is no way I will ever go back! I am so thankful for her help with all of our reservations especially! When you have such a large family restaurant reservations are VERY hard to try and navigate. Ashley knew exactly what we needed to do and how to get it done and she did it all! I am so thankful for her and all her help, because our trip would truly not have been the same without her help.

Ashley you as fantastic to work with and made our short trip to Universal the best that it could possibly be. We only had one day and night to spend at Universal, but she mapped out a plan that allowed us to do every ride we wanted and several we did multiple times within one day in August due to her suggestion we stay at the Royal Pacific which includes the unlimited Express Pass and we got an upgrade to the Club Floor at the hotel. Her suggestion of Antojitos for dinner was excellent and she secured reservations for us so we didn’t have to wait. Ashley was available to answer all our questions and provided both digital and hard copies of our travel itinerary which was great for my map loving husband. I look forward to planning more trips with Ashley.

Working with Ashley made traveling a breeze. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using Ashley again and will be recommending her to my friends and family in the future.

Ashley helped us plan our honeymoon and did all of the work for us - as we were planning our wedding and also renovating our new home, Ashley made sure all of the fine details were taken care of so that we didn't have to. She also checked in frequently, even with the trip being several months away. She even let us know about excursions available on our vacation and she set them up for us. She put all of our information, including flights, resort info, and excursion info into an app that made it organized and easily accessible. This was my first time working with a travel agent, and Ashley exceeded my expectations. We will most definitely be using her services on our next adventure :)

My family recently went on an amazing Disney vacation planed by Ashley. We spent a day at Magic Kingdom and then went on a four day cruise to the Bahamas. When initially trying to come up with vacation ideas, I went to the Disney World webpage and got completely overwhelmed with all of the information. I reached out to Ashley to ask for her help and could not have had a more knowledgeable and personable travel planner work with us. She had answers to all the questions we had and even those we didn’t know we should have. Ashley is a life saver. She's been so helpful and amazing through planning my vacations. She is very tentative and that is very hard to find in people these days. Without her I would've been struggling trying to plan my vacations. On my most recent vacation, Ashley helped me get through a panic attack while I was at the airport trying to get home. Our first flight was super delayed and left us with no layover time. She mapped out our route to get to the next gate for our connecting flight. She also has so much knowledge when it comes to Disney cruises and Disney World. Currently trying to plan our next vacation with Ashley's assistance.

Ashley was great to work with, our flight had been delayed and she kept in contact the whole time to make sure my family and I were able to get to our destination and catch the shuttle to the resort. The hotel she helped book was beautiful, there was construction going on at the hotel but it didn’t affect our vacation at all. We just finished a wonderful Disney vacation with our grandkids with a 4-night cruise on the Disney Wish. When we decided to give a trip to our 5 grandkids and their parents, we thought about the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc., but Ashley, our travel agent, suggested a Disney cruise with Disney characters, attractions, and movies. This was a great decision and she was on top of every arrangement. Ashley's knowledge of the cruise offerings was extensive, but most importantly, she helped us navigate through the itinerary, planning, travel, payment, and the Disney app. We were very prepared for the trip which gave us the luxury of devoting our time to adoring our grandkids, not worrying about schedules or logistics. We were very pleased with the spaciousness of the staterooms and verandas as well. The waiters and hotel staff were friendly and always there when we needed anything. We look forward to working with Ashley to plan our next adventure!

Ashley helped us plan 8 days in Disney and Universal. Very easy with very good insights and guidance. Guardians of the Galaxy at Epcot was hard to get, but she made it happen! We will definitely use her help for our next trip.

We just got back from a 12 day Disneyworld and Universal Studios trip. We stayed between three different resorts and had three different travel groups. This was a logistically challenging trip and Ashley made it extremely easy for us! She was willing to get up early to book the dining reservations that we wanted and was able to book all the transportation between the airport and the resorts.
