One of the great things about Sandals and Beaches resorts is that they include so many different activities.  All motorized and non-motoroized watersports are included such as kayaks, aqua-trike, paddleboard, water skiing, tubing, and snorkeling.  There are also plenty of land activities as well including shuffleboard, tennis, golf, billiards, and table tennis.  If you are a certified scuba diver, then you can go diving everyday of your vacation at no additional cost.
