Having never been to Universal Orlando as an adult, I didn't know where to begin when planning our family trip there this November. I found Kevin through a friend and could not be been more delighted by what an incredibly positive experience we had with him! Kevin asked great questions to get to know our family's desires for the trip and provided guidance every step along the way to help us plan a trip that suited our family perfectly. He helped us choose a time frame, hotel, and package option that fit our needs, gave information on restaurants, rides, entertainment, and even a suggested order in which to visit the parks and a potential game plan for each day! His suggestions for when to arrive at the parks using early admission, which rides to "rope drop" given our family's interests, and specific knowledge about certain rides allowed us to maximize our time at the parks and ride/experience every single thing we were hoping to do! When I booked Disneyworld on my own a few years ago it was very stressful and time consuming so when we decided to go to California and visit Universal i knew going through a travel agent was the right choice. Kevin was very pleasant to work with, he offered several options within our budget and had excellent suggestions in itinerary. We had a fantastic experience working with Kevin on our first ever trip to Hawaii. We had no clue how to plan a trip to multiple islands . Kevin was so helpful. If we hadn't worked with him, I truly think our trip would have been a disaster. He explained the pros and cons of staying on each of the islands, helping us decide which three we would choose. He recommended several hotels on each island that we could choose from - highlighting amenities at each hotel. After we booked our trip, Kevin continued to be helpful by checking in to make sure we booked our excursions, updating us when flight delays were reported, etc. We will absolutely contact Kevin for our future travels!

We asked for a lot from Kevin and he delivered. It was my first time navigating the park on my own and I had a lot of questions and a large wishlist. Kevin patiently answered all my questions and designed an itinerary that got us on everything we asked for and then some. He responded to texts while we were on vacation as well. He was available for every step of our vacation. WDW can be overwhelming, so you definitely need a knowledgeable vacation planner who knows the parks and the secrets of getting on those popular rides with minimal wait times. Everything about this trip was stress free and fun thanks to Kevin.

Kevin was great all around. He was flexible around our schedule, even meeting with us on weekends. His tip sheet and insider help made all the difference. He took the overwhelming task of planning off our plate and guided us the whole way. Overall, it would not have been the amazing trip we had without him.

He helped us make the most of the trip by securing us extra days of passes, showing us great tips for the parks, and booking us at the Hard Rock which allowed us to enter the park early and have Express passes for all 5 of us for every day of the trip. What makes travel stressful is all of the logistics leading up to and during your trip. What I like about working with Kevin is I tell him what our priorities and interests are as well as things we want to avoid; and he quickly puts together a great plan for us. He has deep insider knowledge and tips that help us have a quality experience and save us time and money. He is professional, and quick to respond to calls and emails. If there were more professionals in the industry that had his customer service skills, it would be a different world :-). I highly recommend working with Kevin.
