My passion for travel began in 1996 with my first international trip to the Bahamas. The experience was so memorable that the following year I organized a cruise for a group of friends so they could experience the joy of travel as well. What started as a small trip among friends quickly grew into coordinating annual cruises and group vacations for family and extended networks. Through these experiences, I discovered not only my love for travel but also my natural ability to organize seamless, memorable trips for others.
Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience planning and coordinating group travel, cruises, and all-inclusive vacations. I specialize in helping travelers who are excited about taking a trip but may feel overwhelmed by the planning process. My goal is to remove the stress and allow them to focus on enjoying the experience.Recognizing that travel planning was more than a hobby—it was truly my passion—I pursued professional training and certification to deepen my industry knowledge. I have completed several destination and cruise line specialist programs and continue to expand my expertise through ongoing education and industry training.
I am also a proud member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), which keeps me connected to the latest industry developments, cruise products, and best practices.In addition to my professional training, my firsthand travel experiences allow me to provide practical insight and recommendations to my clients.

Elisa Gaines was great with our girls’ trip to Vegas. I was nervous to reach out to a travel agency at first, however I'm glad I did. She was very friendly and informative. She presented my group with packages to choose from and guided us along the way. The trip was booked about 5 months in advance and booking with an agency allowed everyone to pay the trip off at their own pace. I really liked the fact that she made herself available to us throughout the entire process of the trip. No question/problem was 2 big or small for her to deal with. She always pointed us in the right direction and or path, gave advice, and even calmed me down when my flight was delayed, and we missed our connecting flight. She immediately got on the phone and found us an alternate route. The issues I had, had nothing to do with Elisa Gaines and I'm sure she will forward my concerns and complaint to the appropriate parties involved. I have already recommended her to friends and family.

My Jamaica Birthday Bash

Elisa was a joy to work with. She was always professional and answered all of my questions whenever I needed her assistance or just simply didn't understand something. In the beginning stages she walked me thru the process of setting up a international trip and the choices she gave me for Jamaica were excellent. It was my 50th Birthday celebration and I wanted it to be super special. Well thanks to Elisa, it was. She was so very thoughtful that she sent my best friend and I a gift that was delivered to us personally down in the lobby at the resort. I was blown away at how considerate she was. But honestly I didn't expect anything less. She's excellent at what she does and I've already told so many of my friends and colleagues about her. I'll say this in closing, if you've got a destination vacation coming up soon, let Elisa set it up for you. As far as my airline experience, I thought it was much too long when returning. I'll definitely do a direct flight next time. Comfortable though

A Fabulous Fiftieth Birthday Celebration!

Upon contacting Elisa and expressing my interest in traveling to Montego Bay, Jamaica with a group of friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday, she immediately got back to me with a package deal that included hotel and airfare rate. Elisa was always available to answer any questions me or my guest had throughout the entire planning phase and we contacted each other via phone, email and text. She contacted me a few days before my trip to let me know that she would be available to take my call should I have any issues while away on vacation. Of course, there was no issues. Elisa had everything organized perfectly. And to make my Birthday Celebration even more special, Elisa had a lovely birthday gift delivered to the concierge desk for me and even my guest. What an nice geture from an amazing travel consultant. Can't thank her enough!

Fabulous at 50

Booking for a group can be a challenge! At the last minute my roommate cancelled. I was able to get another roommate, and with a complaint Elisa was able to work her magic and make sure both airline and hotel had the correct name change. While on the trip, the birthday girl and guess was greeted with a special token on thanks for booking with Elisa. Very touching.
