We had a wonderful time Heather organized our vacation so it was not rushed very relaxed. She knew the best times to schedule different aspects for our ultimate enjoyment. Her knowledge of the restaurants and the parks is incredible. Heather is so much fun to work with and so patient.

So I sold my business and didn't know what to do for a celebration trip. My cousin recommended Heather to me. We contacted her and gave her our parameters. She was essential in picking out our destination to flights through everything. She asked questions then gave us several suggestions but not to many as to overwhelm us. We were basically fully prepared when we left. I had misplaced an email so while standing in line at customs in Mexico I emailed Heather for how to navigate customs in Mexico and she got them to us in less than 3 minutes. Now that's customer service. Heather is great and will be using her for future trips. She has a lot of insight especially about reviews.

Heather made our experience so magical. From the time we first connected with her she provided us options, reviews and suggestions. Each step of the way she was there to answer questions, provide guidance and offer tips to make our vacation one to remember for a lifetime!
