My husband and I have worked with Pam to plan complex and simple trips all over Europe and in the U.S. for the past 20 years. Pam is the most thoughtful and detail oriented travel agent we've ever worked with. Thought we can certainly plan our own flights and trips, we have found that working with an agent like Pam ultimately saves us major headaches, money and she thinks of things and offers value where we would never think to look. She's a pro. When we had issues in Spain and Italy , we called her and she was able to help us navigate and reroute, taking all the stress and anxiety out of our vacation. Pam is a gem and we won't book without her..

Buenos Aries--Antarctic Peninsula on the Holland America s/s Zaandam

Pam planned all the pre-and post-trips, including first-class hotels in Buenos Aries, Argentina and Santiago, Chile. She helped us pick the cabin on the ship and made sure we understood all the amenities. Most importantly, Pam was available if we had questions or wanted to make little changes in our use of the ship's many restaurants or other resources.. It's good to have a friend who knows the business, knows the travel company, and knows you!

I have worked with Pam, and her father before her, for 40 years. She is knowledgeable, efficient and conscious of the costs involved in travel. While many people have stopped using travel agents in favor of the web, I still strongly recommend using an agent. It is worth every bit of the service charge to have an experienced agent looking out for my interests.

Pam has handled all of our travel needs for the past nine plus years. In all travels - and there have been many - she has been warm, friendly, efficient and has taken our needs to heart, working within the parameters we have set. She has always given us the best advice when asked. Even more important, when travel has been disrupted, she has been there to find ways to get us where we need to go in a timely manner. For years, we used to handle travel ourselves, but realize that Pam's knowledge and skill set are so much better than ours. It has been a pleasure working with her and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone that is traveling.

Pam Nikitas has been amazingly helpful by planning and creating successful trips for us for many years. Whether we needed a last minute emergency flight from Detroit or setting up a 10-person family cruise with complicated connections of family from different cities, Pam has made all arrangements as easy as possible. We received information about alternative possibilities that saved us money with minor schedule changes. We received all possible refunds when (as necessary this year) health issues prevented a cruise. Pam’s wonderful knowledge and availability included support when we were already abroad dealing with cancelled flights. Whether travel within the U.S., Baltic or Danube cruises, or travel to Costa Rica, Belize or the Machu Pichu mountains and historic sites of Ecuador, Pam expanded our international knowledge and contacts and provides us the world-class travel support that helped make us world-class citizens
