The surrounding views of the Swift Creek Pass and Gros Ventre mountains, plus the wildflowers in the summer, make this trip a highlight of a Wyoming vacation. If you enjoy camping, Wyoming offers plenty of spots in which to enjoy the activity, especially in the summer and fall. Whether you wish to camp closer to town or find a backcountry spot, you will find the activity a nice respite from your usual daily activities. Besides camping, there is always biking, fly-fishing, and snow-shoeing to do. I also like to suggest that travelers visit the National Elk Refuge.
