I live in LA and have never been to the wine country in the Santa Barbara area. During the horrific pandemic, in Feb of 2021, Stoddard Brown arranged and orchestrated the most wonderful trip to Solvang/St Ynez that I couldn't even imagine. Stoddard and his team did an incredible job. Traditionally my wife and I have planned and booked all of our own vacation. In the past we have really enjoyed that process, however, he did so much better than we could have ever done. He knew the location of our trip well, set up everything in all the right ways. We had no problems at any point in the trip. He knew things ahead of time, like ideal room location at the resort, that we could never have known. We plan to use him in the future -- the value he adds in the planning process is undeniable.

Bergen was so charming, even in the rain. We loved wandering the old wharf and taking the funicular up to the overlook. Stoddard made everything seamless, from our fjord cruise to the hotel right by the harbor. It was a perfect intro to Norway—colorful, cozy, and full of character.

I’ve skied all over, but nothing compares to Zermatt. The Matterhorn views, the perfectly groomed runs, the cozy alpine hotels—everything was top tier. Stoddard handled all the logistics so we could just focus on the fun (and the fondue). He even got us a room with a balcony facing the mountain. Incredible.

Walking the old city walls at sunset was honestly one of the most beautiful travel moments I’ve ever had.
