I have not used a Travel Agent for years. I usually like to my own planning. However a few weeks ago we faced a complicated situation involving an already booked stay at a destination wedding resort, and then internal travel in Mexico to two different cities. Valentin helped us to make our Travel Plans. He assisted us with flights to and from Mexico, internal flights in Mexico, lodgings in San Miguel de Allende and Mexico City, and transfers. Valentin was professional, friendly and prompt in my dealings with him. He chose two very nice boutique hotels for us. We had an issue about breakfast included at the first hotel.. He promptly responded to my email and resolved the issue. Valentin was a pleasure to deal with. If I need a travel agent in the future, I will use him again.

I loved my vacation. The excursions were great, the weather was really warm, the people were very nice and I had fun and really enjoyed myself. Valentin Borriello sent me a packet with all of the information regarding flights, excursion and hotel all printed out and easy to follow which was extremely helpful. He was also attentive to my needs for my vacation.

Valentin did an excellent job communicating with our group (10 ppl) about our trip. It was tricky tho with the numerous flight changes with times and rates.

Valentin helped my friend and I plan a great week-long trip to London and surrounding areas. He took time to understand the type of trip we were looking for, was very knowledgeable about our destination, and was responsive before during and after our trip.

Would highlight recommend Valentin for any trip whether international or domestic!
