First trip to Europe

Jill helped my mom and I plan and book our first trip to Europe. We wanted to go to multiple countries, which included using two cruise lines. We had MANY questions, and she was happy to answer them, as well as giving us multiple options/ideas that we would never have thought of. (We were especially excited that she was able to work some magic to get us a free room upgrade!) Jill has been the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with. She is so personable and is willing to help with anything you need. She has helped me plan 2 trips to Disneyland and two Disney cruise lines. Her knowledge of traveling with special needs is especially important for me as I have an autistic daughter. She spent time doing research on Disney’s disability pass to help me understand it better. She is always available for her clients and takes care of people like they are close friends.

Jill is the best travel agent I've ever worked with. I thought I knew a thing or two about travelling to Disney destinations, but once I figured out I was in over my head, I was graced with the expertise of Jill who walked me through everything I needed, patiently and with a wealth of knowledge worth its weight in gold.

Traveling is fun with an experienced TA's guid

Smooth and flawless. I'm an inexperienced traveler with food limitations, and Jill figured out where I could safely eat (as it turned out, almost anywhere at Disney World). She helped me on a later trip obtain a powered scooter to allow me to enjoy a trip after a problem developed that would have kept me from walking. Both trips would have been lots more stressful and way less fun without her help.

Jill has been helping my family plan a vacation to Universal Studios Florida. This will be our first trip there, so I've had a lot of questions, but she's answered every one of them with aplomb!
But there's more than just her expertise. I have a son with some special needs, which makes planning vacations a bit more of a challenge. But Jill hasn't missed a beat: she's offered many recommendations and suggestions based on her family's trips so that we'll have a great experience. She's listened carefully as I've described my son's needs, asked careful questions, and given us a wealth of information to make sure he's comfortable while we visit.
Anyone can book a vacation for your family, but not anyone will care as much as Jill does. I've been incredibly happy with her advice and will be calling her back as we plan other vacations in the future.
