Early this year, I had decided that I wanted to take the family to Disney, Seaworld and Kennedy Space Center. It had been 20+ years since I had been to Disney and the options had gotten exponentially more complex. Fortunately for me, a friend of our family had worked with Nikki the year before and they highly recommend that I work with her for our upcoming trip. She was able to help us plan 8 days of flawless fun that my family claims is the best vacation that we have ever taken together. Nikki did a great job coordinating all the trip details with Viking River Cruise staff. Everything went like clockwork. We really appreciate her being so thorough and using the app so we always had the information we needed and could just relax and enjoy ourselves.

I love working with Nikki! I got randomly paired with her when l was looking for a travel agent to help with our first trip to Disney. Her advice is what made that trip so great! We’ve since used her for 4 cruises. She responds to messages crazy fast and doesn’t pressure. She’s honest and communicates when she will be away but still makes herself available for emergencies. She has a lot of first hand knowledge of many places which is so nice to get her input when you don’t quite know where you want to go. Even if you do know where you want to go she does all the hard work and you can go stress-free!

We are embarking on our first international trip, unless you count a Bahamas cruise. Nikki has done all of our domestic travel so we felt completely confident in entrusting her with international. Especially being our first trip abroad we rely on her expertise. She is such a professional and competent agent, we cannot recommend her highly enough.

She was very helpful and was outstanding as far as communication back and forth. It was our first trip out of the country and she was very helpful in having us ready with what to expect. And she was always reachable even when she was not in the office working.

From start to finish, Nikki went above and beyond to give us (ourselves, our daughter and her husband and three small children) the trip of a lifetime! We are not experienced Disney travelers, but she provided invaluable information, made all reservations, was available for questions at all hours of the day/night, and provided timely reminders to ensure we didn't miss out on anything along the way. We had an absolute wonderful time, much of which is attributed to the fact that Nikki had everything so well organized for us. Even my husband (who does not particularly like to travel) is raving about it - and that's a big deal!!

Nikki has been amazing for the 6 years we have been with her. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure our trips go smoothly from beginning to end. She’s even willing to tell us if it would be better for us to book something ourselves directly instead of through her. She has never recommended a resort, transfer, excursion or destination that didn’t live up to expectations she set for them. On our latest trip to Jamaica after my wife got hurt and wasn’t able to do the excursion we had planned Nikki set up a tour for us that would be safe for my wife while on crutches. Would never book a trip without her.

5 Stars is not enough! Nikki was absolutely amazing in every aspect of planning our trip. She was attentive to our needs, and our family has some disability and special needs - she took all of our information and concerns and came up with an incredibly inclusive plan for us all to be able to go on a vacation we hadn't had in years. She gave so much helpful information not just about locations and options, but accessibility, conditions, and was always available to answer every question I had in detail. Nikki put together a vacation that is quite possibly the nicest trip our family has ever taken, and truly made it so easy and pain free for me, from plans to documents to helpful tips and tricks, and everything in between. I don't think i'll ever plan a trip like this on my own that could compare to the great deal, and great deal of information Nikki was able to supply us with. Nikki went above and beyond working with me to book a family trip for 11 people. At the start she provided options for us to choose from in Punta Cana and shared what she knew about each resort and how to make a choice based on the accommodations we needed. When we had to move our trip date more than once due to an unforeseen circumstance, she was more than patient and took care of it seamlessly. When it came time to travel, she provided everything we needed and things we didn't know we did! The trip app and details given to us helped with every part of the vacation. Her communication with me was always the best and more than I expected. We will definitely use Nikki again when we are ready for our next trip!

Nikki handles all the details, any time we travel with her we don’t have to worry about a thing, and she personalizes the itinerary to us!

For our third trip that Nikki helped us plan, I wanted to go Hawaii; however, even though I had a healthy budget, it wasn't enough for HI. Rather than leaving me disappointed, she asked if the place we went had to have a beach. I said it didn't. She asked if my boys were into the old West, cowboys, etc. I said that they definitely were. She then told me about the White Stallion Ranch in Tucson, AZ. When I say that I would NEVER have come up with this idea, but she couldn't have found a more PERFECT destination for us, it's the truth! It's by far e most beautiful place we've stayed. She made sure we got the most out of our time there, and the most out of every dollar of our budget! There was so much to do there, amazing food, gorgeous scenery, and such an amazing room and property - I don't have enough adjectives to describe just how awesome this place was!

For our second trip that she helped us plan, Nikki booked a cruise to Mexico for us. It left out of New Orleans, and when I asked which hotel we should book (we flew in a day early), she admitted she wasn't super-familiar with the city. Rather than leave us guessing, she reached out to a travel agent friends of hers who knew New Orleans well. She got back in touch with me to recommend a great hotel not too far from the port, and in a family-friendly part of town. I was so grateful, because we had a great time, and didn't wander into any of the areas that you wouldn't want to be in with kids. She also gave us great tips on the kids club onboard the ship, as well as tops for booking shore excursions (namely book then through the cruise line because the ship won't leave without you if it's late getting back).

I've used Nikki for 3 different trips. The first was a trip to Universal in Florida. We also spent a day at Legoland. Nikki helped us make the most of each day in the parks with tips on where to start, how to avoid crazy long lines, and what my sons would likely enjoy most at their ages. She made sure we got the correct passes to be able to access all of Universal, and booked us at a value resort (Cabana Bay, which didn't feel AT ALL like value anything!) on property so that we'd be able to use the shuttle.

I have booked 3 cruises with Nikki over the past 6 years. She always answers every question, makes everything quick and painless, and she is really kind about all of it! She is a great travel agent that we will continue to use to book our vacations.

Nikki helped me surprise our daughters with a trip to Disney World. I thought it would be hard to relinquish control of such an expensive and important vacation to someone else. When our trip that was booked in the year before became eligible for free dining she was up in the wee hours while I slept changes are reservations so we could take advantage of it. Then when hurricane Maria threatened to close the park she was helping us to make sure the roads there were ok and the park was open for business. We all suffered with depression for two months after the trip because it was the best vacation ever!!
