Anne was so great to work with! My husband and I wanted to take a trip back to Italy and also go to Switzerland. I was not familiar with Switzerland so when I met with Anne and told her what I wanted for our trip she executed it perfectly. Every single detail was planned out and we did not have to worry about a single thing. The hotels, transportation, excursions - all amazing! Traveling to Europe is already stressful enough, but having everything printed out and organized by day and experience was so easy. Cannot wait to plan another trip.

Before we contacted Anne we already knew that we wanted an AMAWaterways cruise to Amsterdam to see the tulips in bloom and that we would immediately go on another AMA cruise (two back-to-back). Initially we were trying to take advantage of AMA's special business flight offer. Anne worked with AMA trying to obtain exactly what we wanted flight-wise going and coming. I have cruised with AMA before and was aware of the limitations that AMA has with their flight specials. After two tries, AMA was not able to supply the special requirements that I have, so she was able to come up with a customized flight routing to my satisfaction. Anne was aware of the new UK's eVisa and made sure that we had our visa in order for our trip. She was also aware of the new EES and the effect it might have on our two stops in Europe. She was very through in presenting everything we needed for our flights to and from all our European destinations. I will use Anne's services on our next European vacation.

I was searching the wedding site before we got married and I looked for a travel agent because the past trips I booked were regrettable. I gave Anne and her travel agency a try and have not been disappointed. She booked my honeymoon to Costa Rica had the time of my life with no stress. To air travel to cab service to the location on the resort next to everything (pool, beach, food services and clubs). Went back to Anne and asked her for a Cruise and she planned everything and put us in the best part of the Cruise ship and always checked in on us from start to finish. Lastly Anne booked a trip to the Grand Canyon on the South and West rim and we only gave her what we wanted to do and looking for then on top of that she booked us a room in Vegas is the best hotel on the strip. She out did her self with a custom train ride up the Canyon and suggested a chopper ride and boat ride on the Colorado River along with a sunset tour of the canyon. The most breathe taking experience I ever had. Anne never booked that type of trip before and was honest about and she knocked it out of the park. Couldn't be happy with the service and attention to detail Anne provides us and our family, will not book with anyone else.
