My trip was very stress free, I did not have to worry about ANYTHING whatsoever, I literally just on the plane. Everything ran smoothly as far as reservations, transportation, etc. All I had to do was show up...I will definitely be vacationing again through Mrs. Monter.

Working and travelling with Leanne was a very positive experience for me. It was my first time traveling internationally. Leanne's communication was top notch to the group off 40 travelers via zoom call, messaging or by phone. She was always willing to help. I did not have a roommate the last two days of the trip and she made arrangements for me with two others. Leanne's travel knowledge, planning and coordinating is exceptional. Planning for multiple train tickets over 17 days of travel for 40 travelers, to multiple taxis, buses, as well as water taxis, river cruises, and Eiffel Tower excursions. She left no stone unturned. I would utilize her travel services again. She is the Best!!

Family Vacay

Leanne is wonderful! I would highly recommend booking a vacation with her. She able to get us a great deal on our family vacation to Aulani. Prior to our trip she offered advice and assistance with booking various activities. She left a cute swag bag for the kids before we left.
While on vacation she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well! Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and my family and I lost an entire day. She quickly contacted the airlines and was able to extend our trip one day! I was so thrilled that she was able to do this for us, she really made my family and I feel special. She worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed to extend an extra day. My kids had the best time! We want to thank her for everything she did to my our trip memorable. She put in a lot of time and effort to make our vacation a blast! We’ve referred her to our friends and family. We plan on calling her for our next family vacation

From the moment I called Leanne, I knew I would have nothing to worry about with our family's trip. She was very helpful and gave us options I didn't know we had. She helped us pick the perfect room and made sure every detail was thought of. She checked in with me constantly during the planning phase and we even had a special gift waiting for us in our room. Her research of cruise safety and COVID regulations was thorough, and she literally prevented our trip from being cancelled due to an oversight on my part. Leanne is very knowledgeable of the Disney Cruise Line and I will never book another trip (Disney or not) without her again. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
