Jessica is the best!! She was very knowledgeable about Disney and the ever changing restrictions and schedules. She made herself available to chat or text me in a timely way. She went above and beyond by getting up at the crack of dawn to make our dining reservations (which she isn’t compensated for, btw).
She was so thoughtful and checked up on us frequently while we were at Disney and after we got home.

Effortless Fun & Quick Getaway

Jessica is knowledgeable and so helpful in getting our trip planned and everything scheduled. We just did a quick trip to Orlando to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and Jessica suggested we attend Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party so we surprised our 4 kids with tickets to the event and had a really fun time. The lodge pool was so fun and we enjoyed Disney Springs. Jessica always goes above and beyond by getting our dining reservations taken care of. She made sure we got reservations at one of our favorite restaurants, Tge Boathouse. We will be using her again to plan our next trip.

Amazing Disney Art of Animation Trip!

We had such a wonderful experience working with our travel agent! She was absolutely amazing at finding and booking our room at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. From the very beginning, we simply shared all of our information and preferences, and she took care of everything for us.
She gave us several great options to choose from, clearly explained the differences, and helped us pick what worked best for our family. During our phone calls, she also took the time to share details about what was happening in the parks while we would be there, which helped us feel even more prepared and excited. She even sent over food options and recommendations so we could start planning our meals ahead of time.
The entire process was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free thanks to her attention to detail and responsiveness. We were so thankful to have her guidance throughout the planning process. She truly made our trip easy and enjoyable, and we can’t recommend her enough!

It was amazing! Very knowledgeable and great with the “little touches!” We were fully prepared and felt like we knew our vacation resort very well by the time it came for us to check in. She booked our excursions and answered tons of last-minute questions when it came to transportation and the resort itself. We celebrated a birthday and she not only had our resort room decorated for the birthday but also sent a complementary box of birthday goodies to our room to have them waiting on us when we returned from our day in paradise. Absolutely best trip ever and we couldn’t have done it without Jessica !!!

Jessica is wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. When we contacted her about planning a trip she gave us so many different options and found us the best deals. Once we chose a location and dates she planned every step of the way and made sure we met timelines and deadlines, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was arranged. She also had an anniversary cake sent to our room during our stay which was just such a thoughtful touch. We will definitely use her again for any trip that we plan in the future.
