Icon of the Seas

Let me start this review by giving some background. My Daughters told me we were going on a cruise on the Icon of the Seas. They told me it was a big ship that would hold 7,500 people plus crew. I told them I did not want to go on a ship that huge. They insisted I go and they wouldn't take no for an answer. I felt it would be a zoo getting on, moving around and getting off the ship. After experiencing this ship, I can truthfully say I was 1,000% WRONG. Everything about this ship was planned and executed perfectly. At no time did I feel like I was on a big ship. The crew and staff were wonderful. The servers in the dining room remembered everyone's name in our party. One night my one grandson said he was not hungry for dinner, and he would eat something in one of the other restaurants. Our server came up to the table, and the first thing he said was, "Where's Ryan?". The food at every meal was delicious and they kept asking if we wanted more to eat.
There were plenty of seats around the pools. The bar waitstaff continually come around to see if you needed anything to drink.
I would not hesitate to go on another big ship for a cruise.
As for Lindsey, she was great and easy to work with. She did not mind answer all my stupid questions about the cruise. We already talking about of next Icon of the Seas cruise. Thanks for everything, Lindsey.

Spectacular adventure

We spent a lovely 8 days on the Celebrity Apex. The ship, staff, food and entertainment was amazing! The ports were beautiful and we had the best time! I am deeply grateful for Lindsey Markwood time she took yo assure that my first time traveling abroad solo would be a wonderful experience.
After our first conversation over year ago, I immediately felt comfortable beginning the planning process. Making sure my air flight would make all connections, booking my hotel, arranging private driver to pick me up from airport to hotel and staying in communication with me, making sure I was OK even while I was on board the cruise ship. "Who does that", only Lindsey because she's a professional.
When there was a slight hiccups when my first leg on the airplane 88mins late which cause me to miss my second leg, knowing Lindsey was available to support me made all the difference of an amazing travel experience.

Hawaii 2024

Lindsey helped us coordinate several tours in Hawaii, on two different islands. Every tour/activity that we participated in, from surf lessons in Oahu to the summit of Mauna Kea on the Big Island, was outstanding! Lindsey also touched based with me the day we departed for Hawaii to let me know that the Eddie - a professional surf competition - would be happening the next day in Waimea Bay. She remembered my family's wish list from months prior and made us aware of the logistics of attending this event. It was a highlight of the trip and a once in a lifetime experience. We were so grateful for her knowledge and advice in all aspects of the trip.
