From the moment we started planning, she was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Disney—parks, resorts, My Disney App, Lightning lane logistic, dining, and even the little tips that made a huge difference (saving us lots of time and $$$). What stood out most was her attention to detail and personalized touch. She really understood what we wanted. Communication was top-notch throughout. She was always quick to respond, super friendly, and so patient with all of our questions. Sandy was helpful from the very beginning when we told her we wanted to plan something special for our 20th Anniversary trip. She started asking questions to help us decide a destination.
